Each inventory row can include SKU or UPC, container number, optional lot number, item quantity, box count, pallet details, received date, rack/bin location, reserved quantity, picked quantity, dispatched quantity, and notes.
Clients can place orders, provide packing instructions, and split one order into multiple pickups. Admins review each request, accept, reject, or modify with reason, and assign work to warehouse staff.
Inventory is not reduced during order submission, review, picking, or packing. Stock is deducted only when pickup completion is confirmed with proof.
