Client inventory control
Warehouse admins can create client accounts, track stock ownership, and keep separate inventory rows by received date. This supports the client’s FIFO requirement where older stock is released before newer stock.
Each inventory row can include SKU or UPC, container number, optional lot number, item quantity, box count, pallet details, received date, rack/bin location, reserved quantity, picked quantity, dispatched quantity, and notes.
Order, packing, and split pickup workflow
Clients can place orders, provide packing instructions, and split one order into multiple pickups. Admins review each request, accept, reject, or modify with reason, and assign work to warehouse staff.
Inventory is not reduced during order submission, review, picking, or packing. Stock is deducted only when pickup completion is confirmed with proof.
